What the Work Style Quiz actually measures
Most work style tests sort you into a single label. This one places you on two independent axes instead: pace, how quickly you decide and move, from steady to fast, and focus, where your attention naturally goes, toward the task or toward the people doing it. Fifty short statements, answered on instinct, place a point on that map.
The four corners of that map, Driver, Motivator, Analyst and Connector, are reference points more than fixed categories. Most people land somewhere between two of them, and the pull between corners is usually the more useful part of the result.

No, though it draws on the same idea those models use: how someone works is more useful to describe than to score. DISC and Myers-Briggs use more categories and longer questionnaires. This quiz is deliberately narrower, two axes instead of four or more, built specifically around workplace behaviour like decision speed and communication style, not general personality.
How long does the work style quiz take?
About 8-10 minutes. It's ten blocks of five statements each, fifty in total, answered on a five-point scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree.
