Honest feedback needs safety. Lynxify.me handles anonymous 360 feedback at two levels: you decide, per round, whether anonymous responses are allowed, and when they are, each rater chooses for their own response whether to attach their name or stay anonymous. Everyone sees the rule before they answer, so they respond honestly instead of politely.
Allowed per round
The organiser decides when setting up a round whether anonymous responses are permitted. That choice is fixed once the round is active.
Chosen per rater
When anonymity is allowed, each rater turns it on or off for their own response. Some can be named while others stay anonymous in the same round.
Safe with small groups
Anonymous responses are shown without names, and scores are aggregated rather than shown per rater, which matters when only a handful of people respond.
Private from the AI too
When a round is summarised, names are removed from the responses before anything is sent for summarising, so even the automated summary works on the feedback, not the identities.
When you create a round, you set whether anonymous responses are allowed. Raters see that rule at the top of their form, so nobody is surprised later.
If anonymity is allowed, each rater picks named or anonymous for their own answer. On the report, anonymous responses collapse to "Anonymous reviewer" without leaking ordering or initials, and scores are shown only as aggregates, so those responses cannot be traced back.
