Feedback rounds with a beginning, a middle and an end

Feedback collected over email never quite finishes. A feedback round in Lynxify.me is a structured 360 review process with a beginning, a middle and an end: you define who is being reviewed, who responds and by when, and the round moves through clear states from New to Archived until it is done, with the results attached.

Setup in minutes

Person, raters, criteria, timing. A round takes under five minutes to configure.

Clear states

Every round is New, In Progress, Finished or Archived, so you always know where things stand.

Live progress

See who has responded and who has not, per participant, while the round is running.

A clean record

Finished rounds keep their results together, so the history is there next review season.

In practice

You create a round as New, adjust participants and criteria, then start it. It moves to In Progress, invitations go out, and the dashboard tracks who has responded, per participant, in real time.

Reviewers answer on their own schedule, and their progress auto-saves as a draft so nothing is lost mid-form. When everyone has responded, or the deadline passes, you finish the round: the results are attached and it moves to Finished, then Archived.

Common questions

Yes. Rounds are independent, so you can review several people in parallel, each with their own raters, criteria and timing.

You can finish the round with the responses received, or extend it. Automatic reminders reduce how often this happens at all.

One consolidated report per person: the aggregated scores for each criterion and every written response, kept together and archived as the record. The results and reporting page covers what that report looks like in detail.
