Onboard your whole team without an IT project
Review tools fail at the boring part: getting people in. Lynxify.me keeps team onboarding deliberately small, with Google and Microsoft SSO and email invitations, so there is no IT project between you and your first round. People sign in with an account they already have, you add them once and assign roles, and every future round starts from a list that already exists.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
People sign in with their existing Google or Microsoft account in one click, and returning users are linked automatically. No new password, nothing for IT to provision.
Invite by email, no IT
For anyone not on Google or Microsoft, send a secure invitation link that stays valid for seven days. They join through a short form, with no IT project.
Role-based access
A four-level hierarchy, Owner, Super Manager, Manager and Employee, so each person sees only what their role allows.
Add once, reuse every round
The team list persists, so the second round is faster to set up than the first. You pull the right people in without re-entering anyone.
Track and manage
See which invitations are still outstanding, and suspend someone who leaves without deleting the feedback history they were part of.
Works in each person's language
The interface and emails follow each person's own language, available now and expanding, so a mixed-language team onboards comfortably.
People sign in with Google or Microsoft, or accept a secure email invitation if they use neither. You add each person once with a name, an email and a role: owners see everything, managers see their own people, employees see the rounds they take part in.
From there, running a round is just picking raters from the existing list. You can see which invitations are still outstanding, and when someone leaves you suspend them without losing the feedback they gave. New joiners are added once and are available everywhere.
